We handle transactions involving enterprise values in nine figures, but also represent companies in far smaller deals. Our agility is reflected in leaner staffing, and appropriate rate structures. We are typically brought into transactions at an early phase, advising on financial advisor engagements, confidentiality agreements and letters of intent. On sell-side transactions, we provide important assistance in the pre-transaction planning stage, helping companies proactively address matters which might otherwise be identified as red flags during purchaser due diligence. Many transactions we handle involve auction processes. We also represent senior executives in the negotiation and documentation of their unique go-forward arrangements with acquirors.
