Jeff Richman joined Heston Morton as a partner in 2024. Jeff has extensive experience on all aspects of real estate transactions, representing lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, developers, sellers and purchasers of commercial real estate throughout the country. Since 2005, Jeff has been employed as General Counsel of M Development LLC, where he oversees all acquisition, financing, joint venture, leasing, development and sale transactions.
